About Care and Support

Specialist care and support services offered by Midland Heart are delivered through Focus Futures. We manage more than 100 housing schemes which provide homes to over 6,500 people in need of care and support.

We are an award winning team who are recognised nationally and locally as providing innovative and high quality services to some of the regions most socially excluded people; specialising in providing accommodation and support for the homeless, those with mental health and learning disabilities, older people and younger people.

Services are delivered across the West Midlands through directly managed teams, working in partnership with key experienced voluntary and statutory sector providers.

Winners of the 2006 Housing Corporation Gold Award and the National Housing Federation 2006 Neighbourhood Award for Older People
